Connect with your BLISS so you can Boldly Live in a Safe Space. Her profession came close to breaking her body and her spirit. That is when she began searching for a way to be physically and mentally healthy while working in a very stressful profession.
Sally DiCesare has been working in dentistry as a dental hygienist since 1978. Sally learned to overcome the physical and emotional stressors everyone faces, not just those in the dental profession. Through intense study, investigation, and certifications in a variety of healing modalities, she blended them into the Alchemy of Healing so others can learn to live their BLISS now, not later.
Over the last 25 years, she has been helping other cope and thrive where they felt there was not hope; when they felt they had no voice. She has been a speaker and international presenter, coach and mentor to professionals in all lines of work.

Black store manager, white neighborhood… with Dorothy May Ross
Tuesday Jan 12, 2021
Tuesday Jan 12, 2021
The thing about white privilege is that white people don’t see it. “White privilege” doesn’t mean your life hasn’t been hard, it simply means that your skin color isn’t one of the things making it harder.
This series is meant to share experiences of real people who have experienced racism and still experience it. The goal is to shine a light so that we ALL see it and take actionable steps to do something about it.
Dorothy May Ross, CEO of Women Rocking Life, Co-author of Bouncing Back in Thriving & Changing Times and creator of online training program Reinventing Yourself in Midlife and Beyond. More importantly though, I'm a wife and a mother to 3 incredible sons.
So, who am I? Well, over the years I have tried my hand at so many different things and when time for retirement came I had not found what I wanted to do with the second half of my life. I was used to having a busy life and I loved the idea of doing something different with my life I just didn’t know what that was going to be.
I was looking to discover what would be fulfilling and satisfying for me once I retired. With 33 years in the paint industry I loved my job yet I knew if I didn't have a plan for the next chapter in my life I would be looking to go back to where I came from, back to corporate America.
I remembered something I heard and learned a long ago - that to have a smooth road to follow and a bright light that leads the way you have to create it, not discover it - to concentrate on it, believe in it, learn it and place it in your heart.
We have to go from Inspiration (creative) to Revelation (revealing), and avoid carelessness in life as we move toward what we desire. It’s also important to keep your eyes open for distractions and negativity, keeping the vision alive.
The thing to remember is that we have the opportunity with each new day to create the beginning of our “next chapter” and we get to do it step-by-step as we see it. We get to be life changers who design our own lives.
I now leverage the wisdom I have acquired from my life experiences to be a light and resource to help other people change what life has torn down in their lives and to recreate it new as they see it.

Let Your Light Shine Bright with Honey Hilliard
Tuesday Dec 08, 2020
Tuesday Dec 08, 2020
“Letting Your Light Shine”, to me, refers to the act of being a conduit for a higher power. More specifically, conducting creative energy from outside of one’s self, thru one’s self, into an expression that may be understood by others in order to elevate one’s self and others. I believe we all have million dollar ideas, and if we can get out of our own way, we can invite, receive, recognize & allow these ideas to flow through us and provide blessings for ourselves, those around us, and for humanity. With my art practice, I receive an almost constant stream of ideas/sparks and inspirations for paintings, faster than I can create them all. With my invention, ArmScarvz, I remember the exact moment the “spark” came to me. These are the sparks that can turn into bright, burning fires. While it IS our job to protect the fire, (ie, intellectual property protection & patents), the protection of an idea, creative project or venture cannot be allowed to have too much power or it will extinguish the fire. My message is to make sure that you make room for creative energy. I have been a self representing artist for 21 years and I know that when I paint and create, it makes the energy and abundance and sales flow faster. My message is to invite, recognize, nurture and tend the SPARK into a healthy fire that is at the heart of your practice, your soul’s mission. With the “spark” I felt with my invention, ArmScarvz, I knew just what to do, although in hindsight spent way too much time in meetings with “experts” who wanted to ”collaborate” and ended up stealing the idea on a very large scale, using their connections and my idea to produce it in China and sell it on Amazon. I am very thankful my husband decided to dive in early enough and write the patent SO I am actually legally allowed to still produce my own invention, ArmScarvz, under the “patent pending” status. Overall, I find that it is more important to focus on the creative side and delegate the protection. Actually, I am learning to delegate more and more anything that does not require my creative brilliance. I recommend other creative entrepreneurs delegate as much as possible. I am actually starting a collective, “The Honey Hive”, in January 2021 as a private platform of support, education and inspiration for creative entrepreneurs.

Currently living in Tallahassee, the beautiful capital of Florida, Honey works out of a sunlit studio built onto her home.
